Breast cancer healed with a whole new life

I just saw a patient I’ve been treating for four years. Her original diagnosis was breast cancer and she did not want to do conventional treatment but wanted her body to heal naturally. So she came to Total Health Institute to start on our comprehensive teaching and treatment program. She made the diet and lifestyle changes that were recommended. She came in for all the schedule treatments and follow-up treatments and over the months completely transformed. Her weight dropped to what it was in high school she looked tremendous and felt even better. Her comments were “this keeps growing on you, the more you do it the more you want to do it because you like the new you, you like the way you feel you like the way you look.”  What she also shared with me was that “you have to do everything you can’t leave out any pieces because if you do you won’t get the results”. And not only did she do all the pieces but all the pieces became natural to her as the months went on. Now it’s just like riding a bike, she does it effortlessly because it’s now in her. These are the people that heal and stay healed because the new life that they’ve learned to live has become their only life.

Hair, skin and nails

Hair skin and nails are non-essential tissue. I understand to some of you they’re very essential but in the big scheme of health and healing when the body is going through healing changes it does not divert energy towards non-essential tissues. If your body only has so much healing energy is going to direct it towards vital organs and glands that keep you alive not your hair, skin and nails. With that said most everyone that I have treated over the years their skin ended up tremendously better. Their nails grew stronger and were harder. And their hair came back fuller. So if your skin looks worse or your nails appear brittle or cracking or you’re hair seems to be falling out don’t worry that’ll all change once your body is healed. Then energy can be diverted back to the nonessential tissues and they become better than they were because now you have more nutrients going to each cell you have less toxins and chemicals around the cells and you have less inflammation around the cells. All this promotes healthy cells. All your cells become healthy in both the essential tissues and in the non-essential tissues.

Why am I weak and tired when I’m doing the THI program for my health

I saw a patient the other day his diagnosis was stage III brain cancer and he had been on the program for approximately three months. He wanted to know if he was ready to go back to work which was physical lifting and manual labor. I said how do you feel energy wise? He responded when I first started the program I felt very tired and weak but just within the last week all my energy came back A few weeks ago I could barely do five push-ups on my knees now I can do 100 full push-ups all in a matter of a week this changed. What’s happening here? You must understand to heal you have to release physical and mental/emotional toxins that have been stored in your system many years. This requires energy to release and energy to heal. So when we start getting the inflammation out of the body and the toxins both mental and physical out of the body this is a tremendous energy drain to clear 30, 40,50 60 years of these toxins and inflammatory factors build up in your system. In the last 35 years of treating patients I’ve seen patients take four weeks to remove these mental and physical toxins and inflammation buildup and I’ve also seen people take one year before they release them. Everyone is a unique individual and has built up and stored various amounts of inflammatory by products, chemicals, toxins, and conscious and subconscious stress programs. All this must be released and all this takes energy to release. What happens after the release? The person is usually better than they have been for many many years. They are stronger, they repair quicker, and they feel better then they have for a very long time. One of my patients who had lung cancer came when he was 59 years old and after the healing was complete 12 months later his response: I don’t think I’ve ever felt this good in my life. Maybe I did when I was in high school but I don’t remember. Now you can see healing looks very different than what our mind expects.

Releasing physical and mental emotional toxins

A patient was recently in for a visit and she shared her story. She started with what appeared to be a bladder infection. Her symptoms were burning with urination and more excessive urination. So she started drinking much more water and after approximately one week it cleared. When she came in she said after the supposed urinary bladder infection she has felt a complete release or freedom and has gone to a whole new level of peace. She wanted to know what had occurred. I explained the body detoxes not only chemicals and toxins but mental and emotional toxins also. These are stored as subconscious programs that people are not even aware of. But our most powerful therapy at Total Health Institute is a Heart/Brain Entrainment Therapy. This therapy not only helps release conscious stress programs these are the ones you’re aware of with people in your present situation or your past. But the deepest ones that you are not aware of are the most damaging. These subconscious stress programs started ages 0 to 6 and you have no idea that they’re even there, they’re just playing in the background. But by having a subconscious stress program playing in the background 24/7/365 you constantly are secreting stress hormones which suppress immune function, cause inflammation in the digestive tract, and this is the root source of inflammation in the body. You must release these and if you do release these you will walk in a whole new level of freedom as this patient experienced. These stress programs are in the brain, are in the mind, and are in the body and in her case she experienced the physical release in her bladder and urinary track. No healing occurs unless you heal the subconscious and conscious stress programs. Cut out a tumor without healing these programs and it’ll just come right back. The same applies to all disease. There is no disease that is just physical it must start in the mind.

What is mind-body?

What you do to your mind you do to your body and what you do to your body you do to your mind. The major controller is the mind because most of your choices are coming from your mind. These can be food choices along with many others. If you carry conscious and subconscious stress programs this is going to suppress immune function and eventually make your body sick. But also a person that drinks coffee, eats a lot of sugar and relies on other stimulants is also going to induce some immune dysfunction that will affect the body.

What is a leaky gut?

A leaky gut is like holes in the screen on your window. The window was meant to let Air into the house but not to let insects, leaves, or  debris into the house. Now if you punch holes in the screen it will allow insects along with other debris to enter the house. Once these are in the house, which is your blood stream these particles of debris will set off an immune reaction, which is an inflammatory response to the particle or debris. It is very important to heal all the causes of the leaky gut so the screen heels and no more debris enters the blood. This will decrease the inflammatory response dramatically.

Healthy Fats from Seeds May Impede Cancer Growth

In the Middle Ages in Europe, what we know as GLA was nicknamed the “king’s cure-all”. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fats, and widely are considered helpful in reducing inflammation and in suppressing a number of diseases. Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) is “healthy” fat found particularly in seed and nut oils. GLA is popularly used for treating arthritis, diabetic nerve damage, and high blood pressure. GLA has been extensively studied in treatment of cancer as well.

Some studies:
At the Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Research Institute, a study showed the presence of GLA significantly lowered a cancer growth promoting protein (HER-2). HER-2 is an oncogene, meaning it turns normal cells into cancerous cells. The South African Medical Journal started a study with the observation that cancer cells universally lack the ability to produce prostaglandin E1 (PGE1), because it lacks an enzyme that converts linolenic acid to GLA, which is in turn needed to make PGE1. In their study, they provided cancer cells with GLA directly, allowing them to produce PGE1. This caused them to grow much more slowly, acting more like normal cells. At the Enamel Research Institute in Canada, human cancer cells and normal cells were cultured together without polyunsaturated fatty acids, and the cancer cells grew at a faster rate than the normal cells. But the addition of GLA reversed this, so that the normal cells outgrew the cancerous cells.

These studies all take GLA, which is known to reduce the body’s need for inflammation, and see that it also has an inhibiting effect on cancer.

What this shows:
Cells react to the environment around them, and if the environment is right, cells have no need to become malignant. Already cancerous cells may even revert to normal behavior in the presence of the ideal environment. GLA is a vital part of that environment.

Consider this: the body inflames because of the environment. It is built in to the logic that is designed into the body. An environment that reduces inflammation is a safe environment for cells, and cancer cells are at a disadvantage in that environment. Studies are showing GLA inhibits cancer due to various pathways which cause normal cells to thrive.

Healthy Fats
GLA is found in raw hemp seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, and also in some nuts. A balance of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 from uncooked sources are particularly beneficial to all the cells in your body. Omega-3 can be obtained from flax, hemp, chia seeds and walnuts through a conversion process of the alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) they contain. Omega-9 fats are especially prevalent in olives, almonds, and avocados. A good balance of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 provides the best environment for the body.

Sprout First
Raw plant seeds and nuts that have not been modified by heat are coated with special enzyme inhibitors while growing on the plants that prevent them from sprouting the first time rain hits them — before they are ready to germinate. Soaking seeds and discarding the water flushes away these inhibitors and starts the germination process. Left long enough, the seeds would visibly sprout, if the water is frequently refreshed. So soak your raw seeds for several hours for the greatest benefit.

Dr. Nemec’s Comments:
Its not about genes but the environment that turns on the genes. You can have positive HER-2 gene and never have a problem in your life because you have made an anti-inflammatory environment at a cellular level. This is what we have been helping patients achieve for the last 35 years. The take away message in this research from Northwestern is that plant fats are extremely anti-inflammatory, and especially if they are not altered with heat. Fats from plant sources help your cells function at their highest level. Start consuming flax and hemp seeds because they are the most anti-inflammatory of all the seeds and nuts.

Is bleeding always bad?

I just saw a patient today who is been on our program for one year his initial diagnosis was bladder cancer and cardiovascular disease. He started on the THI program and the plant-based living/raw diet, took the supplemental micronutrients, came in for treatments regularly, and shortly after beginning the program he felt great. He was very excited about the changes in his health. He saw his oncologist nine months into the program and his doctor said his blood looked great he has never seen him this healthy in all the time he’s been treating him. The patient also stated I feel great. Remember when you are healing your energy will progressively improve and that’s why you feel so good, by dropping inflammation you drop aging. Then all of a sudden this patient about a month ago woke up and stated it felt like a bag burst he urinated pure blood for two straight hours slowly decreased and totally stopped. After about three days he said was there is no more trace of blood. When he went to the hospital they could not explain it. And this week he had a follow up with his oncologist who did a cystoscope to look at his bladder and he said that it was very clean, very healthy so my patient asked him then what was the blood? his response I don’t know that’s because this doctor does not treat patients that are on a health program like my patient is. So to make the long story short, bleeding is very normal in the healing process when the body is killing and removing anything abnormal. But usually bleeding in a normal American living a normal American lifestyle and eating a normal American diet this is not good it means the body is inflamed and sick.

Fasting is Beneficial, but Need Not be Hard

You may have heard of the benefits of occasional fasting. Fasting has been considered a healthful practice for centuries. It may not be something that you intentionally practice. But did you realize that you do some fasting regularly? When you sleep, you are not eating! To gain noticeable benefit from this fasting period, it needs to be long enough for your body to exhaust the “easy calories” and start accessing its reserves. Fasting may be difficult when you feel pangs of hunger through the day, but if you sleep much of your fasting time, fasting becomes quite easy — with a little practice.

Different versions of intermittent fasting have become popular for weight loss and general health. The American Medical Association tested “alternate-day fasting”, where participants ate only 25% of their usual calories one day, then 125% the other. This study showed weight loss similar to those who just cut calories every day, but the study drop-out rate was 38%. This was a helpful but difficult form of fasting. Let’s look at an easier option.

Daily Cycles
When you eat, food breaks down into sugars that your body then uses for energy. Insulin drives and controls this process. If you eat from the moment that you arise to bedtime, insulin has been active much of that time because your pancreas frequently secretes it to drive the sugar to the cells and bring the blood sugar level back into proper range. Excess sugar is stored in body fat, because your body tries to use the sugar and it tries desperately to keep the blood sugar level correct.

When your sugar levels drop too low, your pancreas secretes glucagon instead. This hormone is the opposite of insulin, driving the blood sugar levels back up, and this should happen when you are not getting your supply of sugars from food. The alternation of hormones provides “homeostasis”, which means that you have a relatively constant supply of energy all the time.

If you are spending the majority of your 24 hours of the day producing insulin, you are overusing that hormone. Continued overburdening of this metabolic pathway leads to a reduction of its effectiveness. Your body senses that the insulin is not succeeding in lowering your blood sugar to safe levels, and produces even more insulin to compensate. This works until your cells are even more resistant to the insulin, and eventually you reach the point where your pancreas can’t produce enough to keep up, or it burns out from the effort. At that point, you have diabetes.

Switching over to the glucagon pathway gives your body a rest from the insulin. That switch is vital to restoring insulin effectiveness and resting the pancreas, just as rest is a vital part of exercise to rebuild muscle.

Your body naturally cycles between these two pathways daily.

Fasting Made Easy
When you eat a good meal, you should not feel hungry for a few hours. Take advantage of that time, and add it to the period you sleep, to come up with a longer window of time that you are fasting. Then don’t rush to eat in the morning. Push those borders out and get used to them, and you can regularly achieve a 14-hour fast. Your body adjusts as you practice. Halting your food intake completely after dinner at 5 or 6 PM, combined with a perfect 9.5 hours of sleep would easily get you there. This is called the “10-hour window”. Easing into this window and making it habitual makes this rather easy to do. Some may use an 8-hour window for even greater results.

Now, there are times you should not push fasting. If you are pregnant for instance, or have certain illnesses, this may not be for you in this season. But most people will benefit from the 10-hour window form of intermittent fasting.

Studies Show…
The University of Alabama studied a group of overweight people, divided into two groups. One group ate only over an 8-hour window, while the other group ate during a 12-hour window. Only the eating period was restricted, not the amount that they ate for the day. The 8-hour group had much lower insulin levels, improved insulin sensitivity, and lower blood pressure after five weeks compared to the 12-hour group. And the 8-hour group’s appetite was reduced: without starving, they simply didn’t want as much food. The Salk Institute studied the 10-hour window and participants reduced blood pressure and total cholesterol, reducing cardiac risk, plus lowered blood sugar and insulin levels, reducing diabetes risk.

This form of fasting, by reinforcing the daily rhythm, was highly effective and easily maintained. The most natural pattern we have is the daily cycle, and reinforcing it produces major benefits.

Dr. Nemec’s Comments:
Fasting is a natural part of how your body sustains health. So all you have to do to start on a fasting path is first and foremost fast from the standard American diet. Start eating more raw and living plants, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, and stop eating as much bread, pasta, carbs and cooked animal proteins. This becomes denatured in the cooking process and produces inflammation in the body. This is the first fast you should get started on. You can call it a more permanent Daniel fast. From there you can progress to time restriction fasting where you do not eat in between meals, and you never eat after dinner until breakfast. Everyone should be able to do a 12 hour fast every night. The more you rest your insulin secretion, and the more you rest your digestive system, the healthier you will become.

Even Mild Exercise Helps Your Mind

You know that exercise is beneficial, but does it daunt you? Are you thinking that you must spend the time and dredge up the energy for running or going to the gym? Are you doing no exercise because you figure just a little is worthless? Well, it’s not worthless, and a little goes a long way. How about ten minutes of mild exertion — do you have enough time and energy for that?

One study, published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, determined that after only ten minutes of exercise showed immediate results on detailed memory and thought processing. This is great news especially for the elderly.

A New Perspective
What if you knew that just doing something to get your heart pumping faster for a short while would help you think, work, and remember better — would that make the difference?

You were made to move. Our society is making it increasingly normal to take the easy path: rather than go to the mall and walk significant distances to shop, you can instead get whatever you want delivered to your doorstep. You can get a riding tractor to turn your hour of pushing a hand mower into a few moments of sitting. But what if you consider those moments of exertion as friends? They are exactly that, because they will help you do the moving you were designed for, and in the process improve both your body and your mind.

Work Better
At McMaster University, a study found significant but similar reductions in insulin sensitivity between those who did 45 minute moderate workout routines three times per week, and those who did 10 minute moderate routines with short bursts of high intensity, also three times a week. During the day, you may have tired moments when you just can’t think clearly and time seems to be dragging. If you are sedentary, it’s very likely your insulin sensitivity is poor. That will directly impact your thinking and memory, making the work day that much harder. Can you take a break at work, perhaps to just walk around and then take some trips up and down the stairs? Or perhaps you have some other creative way to move and get moments of exertion.

What is good for your heart is good for your brain. If you spend enough time exercising to break a sweat, you’ve had an impact on both. Once you have warmed up, perhaps you will feel like doing even more. Here’s a secret: activity is addicting. You might find yourself spending more time than you planned in exercise, especially if your activity is interesting.

Brain Benefits of Exercise

  • Balance hormones. Hormones directly impact the brain and how you feel generally. If you need focus, you need your hormones in balance. Exercise starts balancing them from the moment you get moving.
  • Increase oxygen supply. Well after you’ve exercised, your brain is still receiving increased oxygen due to increased metabolism.
  • Disease resistance. You may be dragging some days because your body is working to fend off an infection. Exercise improves your immune system to fight the infection earlier and faster, so you may not even slow down.
  • New brain cells. Even with age, there is evidence that you develop new brain cells — this is called neurogenesis. Increased metabolism aids the process.
  • Preserve existing cells. Cells sometimes die prematurely, due to lack of nutrients, oxygen, or removal of waste. Exercise gives your brain cells a better environment in which they can thrive.
  • Mood. Exercise often improves your emotional outlook, which affects your mind.
  • Control inflammation. Exercise tends to reduce inflammation, aiding your body and your mind.

The University of British Columbia researched the effect of regular aerobic exercise on the prefrontal cortex (the thinking control region) and the medial temporal cortex (memory). Both regions showed greater function in participants who spent 120 minutes per week in moderate intensity exercise. Any exercise has benefit, both immediately and long after. A pattern of exercise will have continual benefits. A habit of exercise will alert you, when you get too busy, that you’ve missed your activity and are too sedentary.

Your mind works through your brain and your brain is part of your body. Your mind uses approximately 20% of your body’s total energy. You know exercise helps your body, and perhaps that isn’t enough motivation. Would the promise of a sharper mind make it worth your effort? Even if physically you feel tired after the exercise, your mind will be refreshed right away. Immediate payback — try it!

Dr. Nemec’s Comments:
Life is motion. These studies just confirm the power of exercise. Every cell in your body needs the movement of blood which carries oxygen and food to all the cells, including your brain. If your brain is starved of oxygen or food or stagnated in waste products because of your “lack of motion”, then can you imagine what happens when you go up and down the stairs ten times? Blood movement to your brain and everywhere else in your body! So get up and move and if you can think of nothing else just go up and down the stairs repeatedly. What is the difference between high intensity and low intensity? High intensity is required to sufficiently pump the blood through your heart to your brain. Going for a stroll in the park is good movement, but not as good for the movement of oxygen to the brain. So do them both. The more variety the better.

Quantum physics states

Quantum physics states what you focus on you increase in your life. So how can you heal from a disease like cancer when you’re always thinking about cancer. It’s like a person trying to lose weight and is stepping on the scale 20 times a day to see if they’ve lost any yet. The key in healing and health is to focus on what makes a person extremely healthy. The immune system can take care of cancer and all the other diseases. But you have to get the inflammation out of your body with proper diet and lifestyle and release the mental and emotional conscious and subconscious stress programs. Once you do this the immune system turns on fully and will do what it was designed to do which is kill pathogen’s.

Who heals and stays healed?

This is a very good question. Because most people think: once I get healed, I’ll be healed the rest of my life. Not so. It’s not like a trophy that you won 25 years ago and it sits on your shelf. Health and healing is made with each decision you make every moment of the day. The people that heal at Total Health Institute and stay healed are the people that continually do 100% of what they are shown to do, and they do not go back to old diet or lifestyle or stress programs. This is why we have constant support and have had done for over the last 35 years. Every one needs support to maintain a high level of health and not fall back or backslide into dysfunction or disease. If you go back and eat the food, because it’s inflammation, it doesn’t make a difference how healthy you are — you are going to re-inflame your tissues and trigger normal stem cells to become cancer stem cells. There is no way around it. So it’s very simple:  to stay healed you must do what you did to get healed, and continually do it at the highest level.

How long can I live to?

The real question is not how long or how many years can I live, but instead the quality of those years. Always remember age is not in number of years but in amount of inflammation built-up in the body on the cellular level. To be alive at 115, with medications, in a wheelchair, with the brain in mind that are not functioning very well, Is not healthy aging. What we have talked for over the last 35 years is: if you get the inflammation out of your body and live the Seven Basic Steps to Total Health diet and lifestyle, then you should be able to do exactly what you were doing at 40, because you will not have much more inflammation. Never think old, only think about the wisdom that you have acquired in the journey of life.

What is inflammation?

Inflammation is your immune system‘s reaction to the environment. When substances, toxins, chemicals, irritants, pathogens, or anything else that the immune system does not recognize appear, it attacks with inflammatory cytokines, and sets off an alarm to send many more types of immune cells — similar to calling at 911 into a police station. The key here is the environment. What environment are you making on a cellular level? That will determine if your immune system becomes overreactive or burned out and under-reactive, which is the premise for cancer and chronic infections to live in your body. Living the Seven Basic Steps to Total Health will make an environment that normalizes your immune system. You will learn more about this in the lessons:  Seven Basic Steps to Total Health and Going Deeper in the Seven Basic Steps to Total Health.

What type of fasting?

Patients always ask: should I fast? And what they are usually asking me is: should I water fast one day a week or occasionally? But that’s not the most important fast. The most important fast is fasting from a standard American diet and lifestyle. This is what we teach in the Seven Basic Steps to Total Health at total Health Institute, and have been teaching for the last 36 years. The most important fast is to fast from eating cooked, toxic, inflammatory foods. Just look to nature and you see the answer. The largest animals that walk the face of the earth eat living leaves and living grass. Even the carnivores eat it living. So this is the first and most important lesson in fasting. Eat as much living/raw plant food as you can, and never more than 20% of your diet should be cooked.

Move or die prematurely

Going through post graduate study, one of my most Impressive professors made a statement that has always stuck with me. He said this simple phrase: life is motion.
Everything in the body, from the cellular level on up, is in constant motion. Without motion life would cease to exist. So it just makes sense if it’s that way on the cellular level you must move your body in order to keep these cells healthy. We teach a number of exercise protocols at total Health Institute, and they are addressed in the lesson: Exercise Parts 1 & 2, and Going Deeper in the Seven Basic Steps Part 2, but for now just start moving. Walk instead of drive, go up and down the stairs 10 times in a row. Start Riding your bike instead of driving everywhere. The more you move, the better you will feel, and the longer you will probably live.

How much sleep do I need?

Over the last 36 years patients have asked me how much sleep do I need?  Many continue saying my body does fine with five hours of sleep I’ve been doing that for the last 50 years and I feel great. Well my answer has nothing to do with feelings, it has to do with physiology. All healing in the body is done when you are asleep during the day your body is constantly being broken down — it’s what we call catabolic. In the night when you are sleeping, that is when the cells are repairing and regenerating — it is what we call anabolic. Sleep studies have shown that the ideal amount of sleep is approximately 9.5 hours per day or more. Einstein said he needed more than this to function and allow his mind the capabilities it had. So start working to get more sleep, and most importantly more pre-midnight sleep, which has a one and a half bonus effect.

Oxygen — the most vital nutrient

Nutrients are what your cells require to stay alive, to be healthy, and reproduce. Without sufficient nutrients cells die prematurely or become malignant. We all talk about vitamins and minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, but what about the most vital nutrient of all — the one that your cells must have, and if they don’t you physical die within minutes. That most vital nutrient is Oxygen, and Oxygen comes from deep diaphragm breathing, exercise, and eating foods that have chlorophyll in them, especially living and raw green plants. Most pathogens including cancer are anaerobic: that means they live well without oxygen — very different from your normal healthy cells which must have oxygen to live. So do you want to know how to get cancer?  Eat a standard American diet devoid of living and raw greens, Eat a lot of oxygen-depleting foods like cooked animal fats and proteins, get little to no exercise, and do not deep diaphragm breathe.

Who are YOU?

All you have to say is: who made you? Just start there. Who made you? Did your mother and father make you? No, they did not. You were made by God — you have to be — it’s too awesome what happens. To see that the two cells coming together that make your body as miraculous as that is it still not the real you. These cell aren’t you, they are not your spirit. You are not flesh, because the flesh will die.
Spirit will never die. So see yourself as Jesus was on the Mount of transfiguration. He was all lit up. He had a form, he had a body, but he was lit up. That’s our real body. It’s a body of light. It’s not a body made of this 2 pounds of dirt, but a body of light. It’s just an extension of God our father. It’s not our mind that we’ve developed through study and training: the best that mind can get is like Einstein, and that’s nothing compared to the mind of God, which is our true mind when we are in him. You wouldn’t have anything better than God your father.
So there would be nothing to figure out:  you’d be better than Einstein, you’d be better than everyone, because you have the answer just like Jesus did because God would be speaking to you constantly, just as he did to Jesus.
So the only thing we struggle with is thinking that this mind and body are us. And if this is us, we have to work harder to make this better. This is never going to be better. It might be better today, but it’ll get worse tomorrow, but see when you live from the real YOU. This shines so much energy and light it actually will start shining back into this flesh. And that’s what you call healing. Healing is when you’re walking in the lightness and the Joy and the Peace of who you ARE, not who you are not. If you live as physical being absolute, you are set up for a fall. You go to the doctor and he’s analyzing your physical body and the doctor says you’re better today, so you think you’re better today, right? That means nothing because the doctor could say you’re worse tomorrow. So one day you’re happy, the next day you’re sad in this place, in this mind and in this body.
In your true mind, the mind of Christ and your true body, the body of Christ, it has no bad days. It’s never going to have a bad day because Daddy’s never going to see you as a bad girl or boy. You only perfect in Daddy’s Eyes, and the more you get that revelation, the lighter you become and the things don’t weigh you down — you don’t worry so much about things.
This is like me telling you that your car has dents in it. I know but you’re not the car, you just drive the car.  This car might always have dents in it. Well, that’s okay, but you’re not the car. Now some people do define themselves by their car, but that is incorrect and stressful. So you should define Yourself by who you ARE, not what you drive, or what body you live in, or what mind you live in because that’s not your mind or your body. You are God’s son, you are God’s daughter, and you have his mind, his thoughts, his love, his truth, his life, and his body — which are eternal. That’s who YOU are right now!
